Refund Policy

At Aabroo Pakistan, refunds are only issued in approved cases according to this policy.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be approved if:

  • The ordered product is unavailable after payment
  • A return request is approved due to wrong, damaged, or defective product
  • A duplicate payment was made

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed through the original payment method where possible, or another agreed method
  • Refund processing may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment channel or bank

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Delivery delays after dispatch
  • Minor variations in color or texture due to display settings
  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged returned items
  • Shipping charges, unless the issue was caused by our mistake

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds may be made through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
